Rotary Kiln Incineration

THERMAL provides Rotary Kiln technology to safely dispose of a wide variety of wastes. Rotary kiln incineration consists of a rotating cylinder with inclined horizontal waste fed to one end and combustion ash discharged at the opposite end. The combustion air flow can either be parallel or counter current depending on the application.

THERMAL rotary kiln incineration systems incorporate several proven, high performance sub-systems. The feed system is custom designed for each application. Multiple feed systems for simultaneously feeding several wastes can be provided. Typical systems include ram feeders, screw feeders, augers, and pumps for liquid waste.

THERMAL supplies single rotary kiln units in size ranging from 5.0 million Btu/Hr. to 50 million Btu/Hr.
